At LuxScents, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. Below, you’ll find detailed information about placing orders, our return policy, and how we handle exchanges and refunds.


1. Placing an Order

  • Browse our premium candle collections and add your desired items to your cart.
  • Complete the checkout process by providing your billing, shipping, and payment details.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2. Order Modifications

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed, modifications are not possible.
  • For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Returns Policy

We want you to love your LuxScents purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@luxscents.net to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email returns@luxscents.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund free of charge.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
