  • International Locations: Select countries worldwide. Additional customs or import fees may apply.

2. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Deliveries (USA):
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery.
  • International Deliveries:
    • Standard International: 7–21 business days, depending on location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, to ensure your package arrives securely.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use the tracking link provided to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Delivery Costs

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: $10 (Free for orders over $100).
  • Express Shipping: $25.
  • Overnight Shipping: $45.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination.

7. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

We take great care to package your order securely, but if your item is damaged or lost during transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
  • Contact us immediately for lost shipments.
  • Email support@luxscents.net with your order details and any supporting photos (for damaged items).

8. Missed Deliveries

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification. You can:

  • Reschedule the delivery.
  • Pick up your package at the carrier’s nearest facility.
